The Christian County Farm Bureau® Foundation was started in 2006 by the Christian County Farm Bureau® to be able to provide educational opportunities that the Farm Bureau® could not provide. That year, the foundation began by awarding one $1,000 and two $500 scholarships. Since then, the Christian County Farm Bureau Foundation® has awarded nearly 90 scholarships totaling over $100,000, and has donated over $30,000 to fund Ag In The Classroom programming.

The purposes of the Christian County Farm Bureau® Foundation are to provide educational opportunity for persons studying agricultural and related fields and to encourage, promote, and fund the design, development, and distribution of educational and instructional materials and programs to provide improved instruction about agriculture and it’s related fields.

The Christian County Farm Bureau® Foundation has been determined to be a non-profit organization under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3).
